Motivation is a feeling but forming a habit will get you places!

Trust me...the only true way to succeed in your health and fitness journey is making your nutrition, your fitness, and health a priority and a habit!

Use your time wisely and schedule your workout in like an appointment! My new appointment time is 4:30 a.m. and I must say I am extremely proud of myself ...for sticking with this new routine. It works better for me and my schedule! Especially when I "TOLD" myself I wasn't a morning person. Remember it is all about changing your mind, your attitude, and your perspective on how you view things! Be positive!!

Find out your schedule and plan it....the first step is the hardest part but once you get going...I promise you won't regret it. The feeling of accomplishment is awesome and rewarding!

Of course there are times, I want to slip up and go back to my old ways...believe me, it never gets easy.  You always have your excuses and your "comfort zone" wanting to creep back to you.  The key is to acknowledge it, but don't accept it as your truth...your past doesn't define your future!!

There are so many daily choices that are thrown at you, but it is your job to think about each one and ask yourself...will this bring me closer to my goal or push it further way?? 

The choice is totally yours though, which choices will you say YES to and which ones will you say NO too?
