I got to admit, when I first done my calculation and I saw I would have to take on more food and I did get nervous, but you know what?  I am LOVING it!!! 

I have never been so satisfied and full of energy in my life! I am trying to get 7-8 hours of sleep each night and do things 100% right on this program.  Now I am not saying you have to be perfect, but I want to prove to myself of what IS possible, because I know I can do it! 

I eat every 2-3 hours and it is about 1500-1799 calories compared to the 1200-1499 calories I was taking in! Boy what a difference! 

This program is challenging and it is working me, but I am loving it!  Today was cardio core and it was super hard because cardio is not my favorite, but I love Autumn...so I must get comfortable with being uncomfortable!  She sure knows her stuff!! 

This food is going to be the same during the day but I will switch up my dinner each night. Don't forget peeps...you can make anything taste great with herbs and seasonings...just practice...you don't have to be an awesome cook to eat healthy!  I love just being simple!! Do I have to do it this way?  No way...I am choosing to be simple about this! LOL

The best part?  Being able to stream for only $8.25 per month...ummm yeah!  I will take access to the best super trainers out there for $8.25!!  I bet my gym beats your gym!!  Just saying!
