So if you follow me on my Facebook Page than you know I share my stories about my post and pre workout supplements!  I call my pre-workout my "GO GO" juice and my post workout one, is like "YUMMY CHOCOLATE MILK" (It really isn't chocolate milk but it tastes like Nesquik).

THEY ARE GREAT not only for helping me with energy and to recover my muscles after a hard workout, but they are HEALTHY and SAFE for me!

Unlike other supplements that give you a laundry list of ingredients in ineffective doses in order to sound impressive, mine is focused on the BEST ingredients from nature in doses that have been shown to be clinically effective.

They have the science behind it and the ingredients are from nature - NO artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, or preservatives, which helps you stay healthy, safe, and performing at your best self!!

My "GO GO" juice has helped me work harder for longer periods of time, PLUS every rep I do, means quicker results for ME!  It helps me sharpen my focus and improve my performance tremendously on these longer workouts that I am currently doing!!

My "YUMMY CHOCOLATE MILK" post workout supplement helps improve muscle recovery, which means I don't get sore!  YAY!!  You know how it get sore and you feel like you can't move...yeah well...I got something for that my friend and I can tell you I workout 6 days a week with no issues and no problems.

Plus it has 20 grams of high quality protein that supply me with amino acids, and soooo much more!!  In my blend, you’ll also find the branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) leucine, isoleucine, and valine, which are unique among amino acids for helping to promote muscle synthesis. My "YUMMY CHOCOLATE MILK" contains them in the optimal ratio of 2:1:1 (leucine: isoleucine: valine!!!

There are a TON of big words I can use here, LOL, but I will spare you because I know that what I am putting in my body is the safest and healthiest way to go when it comes to PRE and POST workout supplements!

If you want more information on these two products I would be happy to share more information with you about this!

Question for you is....

Do you know what yours has in it and is it safe??
