💥Day 12 of 80💥

Leg Day with the 25's was noooo joke (so yeah two of those my friend= 50 lbs)....especially when you leave your go go juice (my pre-workout) at work. YIKES!!

I did use 25's the entire time except on those silly Buddha squats... I used 15's... Those things are â˜ . Lol ðŸ˜‚

Today's thought ðŸ’­

💜 Challenge yourself to change yourself!! ðŸ’œ

This was the toughest one to date and even the cast was like omgeee!! Lol. ðŸ˜¬ ðŸ˜¬ But she said we got to constantly keep the body guessing and progressing and challenging ourselves if we want great results!

OK noted...I pushed through even though the silly dog woke me up at 3 am to go take a ðŸ’©
.. ðŸ˜’😒... But the point is... I survived!! ðŸ’œ ðŸ’œ

The craziest part... When I was doing my hip hinge with two 25's... I thought wow... I have lost over 50 lbs and THIS is what I was packing on me daily??? No wonder my dang knees ached all the time!!!😭😭

I mean seriously... Go pick up some dumbbells and just feel for yourself... It is bananas! I am sooo glad I said yes to me... Because while the body is a marvelous machine... We can only treat it like crap for so long!! ðŸ’œðŸ’¯ðŸ’œ

So stop making excuses to why you can't... And find reasons why you CAN, because honestly... How I lived before was ridiculous... And yes I can say that... Because all I had to do was challenge myself to change... And it truly isn't that difficult if you want it bad enough!

Today was an eye opener for me... Because I struggled for so long and it was my responsibility, I had control, but didn't do a thing about it for the longest time.

What a waste of time Rebecca.. Lol you could have been at your goals by now... But nope...you choose the candy bars and pizza!!😒😒

So yep... Feeling grateful I get it now... Like truly grateful for my consistency, my health, and the time I invest in me... And nope... I don't plan on ever taking it for granted like I did before! ðŸ’œ. You shouldn't either...

Time to get busy!! ðŸ’œ
