HOW ABOUT EATING REAL FOOD IN ORDER TO LOSE??
Our whole family tried something new today... Asparagus!! I liked it, Shawn and Tony said it was OK. Lol
But sharing my food with you today to show you that you don't have to eat a salad every day to be healthy... There are other ways.
I was so tired of the excuses, the constant junk food addiction, and the pain from joints aching because let's face it. When you are lazy like I was, everything hurts and it is too difficult to move!
When I found my chocolate goodies and NO this is NOT JUST ANOTHER protein shake, it is my daily dose of dense superfood nutrition that has helped me in so many ways. Nothing else is like it... Guaranteed!!! 🎉💯🎉
First off... My insane junk food cravings were horrid. 😒Lol. Eating 36 candy bars🍫 a week, entire pizzas🍕🍕🍕, and any type of ice cream 🍨🍦I could get my hands on was always something I looked forward too. Not going to lie. It was such a habit and a bad one at that. Yeah... My health food shake helped with those cravings!!
Plus, I used to have diverticulitis AND a slow moving digestive system and BOOM... It helped with that too... We are talking monthly to the daily peeps. I know TMI, but seriously... You literally feel like 💩💩 all the time! They said Metamucil for the rest of my life... Ummm no... I am not an old lady!!🚫
So yeah... I said ENOUGH Rebecca!!! I was doing all these things to myself and for what?? A craving?? A habit?? I am sorry, but my health was starting to become serious so I had to stop.🚫🚫
When will you stop holding yourself back from your goals? Remember anything is possible, you just have to want it and freaking go for it!!▶️

Sometimes you just have to have enough of your own crap and get with it.
