Pretty amazing when you can see THROUGH your belt like this! This belt 10 days ago was snug to the say the least to the point of geez Rebecca...it is kind of digging in. 😭😳

I went to the potty...LOL...pulled up my pants and just kept going to make the belt tighter but I had no hole to go to...I was like what the heck is happening...I thought I missed it completely. LOL Nope...it is progress peeps...true progress yet again! I knew this program was going to be a game changer for me! YESSSSS!!!!

YAY!! Always an amazing feeling to be back on track and getting the results from my efforts especially when it has only been 10 days!!
