WANT TO JOIN ME IN MY NEXT PROGRAM??

Learning about my next program with Baby today and she was listening to the RDN talk about the type of nutrition we will be doing for this program! Even had the dog’s attention - now that is saying something!

It will be different than what I am used too. It is 100 workouts that are 20-30 minutes long and will use light to medium weights - so saying goodbye to my heavy’s for a while. I am just physically tired with this one program and honestly, I got this way with the last one.

I got a new job starting in December and I want to be mentally prepared for that one so doing this program. Will it be easy? NOPE!! There is jumping, weights, and other types of movements that I am not used too, but I will do my best! Plus will be going back to the 2B Mindset nutrition for this one because I can’t be eating all the time while I am training for this position!! LOL Timed nutrition with the containers was a lot of food and every 2-3 hours so I got to reign it back in because of that reason alone. I LOVE that we get options with our nutrition and honestly - 2B is SIMPLE to follow! Like seriously can’t wait to find my flow with it again!

This program is offering 60+ recipes in its guide, and will have a LIVE DJ on the set so music again! LOL Yeah I get excited about the small things!

Question is, will you join me in this program?? Short workouts but being committed to finishing 100 of them is where our challenge is! Will you accept it with me?
