Oh dang Cardio Core... πŸ˜±πŸ˜±πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜… Dripping and shaking lol that was today's workout. Lol we worked Cardio, HIIT and Core today!! I honestly done ok up until the last Ab move... Cross over pull ins with the goal is to nail those on the next workout!!πŸ’―πŸ’―πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

I am a heavy breather when it comes to Cardio.. Lol I just am... But she always tells Richardson to control his breathing... "Just because the moves are fast doesn't mean your air has to be!!" Hmmmm... The more I focused on this throughout the workout, the more I did better at it!

I also thought about taking control of my nutrition again and these last 2 days have been stellar!! Down 2.4 lbs total and feeling more energy and less bloat! Working towards another great day today!!

My goal is to focus on one day at a time because thinking 80 days can get overwhelming, BUT then I picture sweet victory at the end of this program!!

How will I be different?

How much stronger will I be??

What will my energy level be at when I eat clean for this long of a time??

That my friend is exciting, and it all starts with ME taking control!!
