NEVER SKIP A MONDAY WORKOUT!

Whoo whoo!!!! Today we used our weights!! Oh how I missed them!! ðŸ˜ It was my favorite workout to date, Rip't Circuit, and I am already feeling it! 

I used my 15's just to see how well I could do, and boy did I feel the burn towards the end, ðŸ˜¬ðŸ˜¬ðŸ”¥ðŸ”¥but overall did pretty well! Yessssssss....

Still amazed at where I am at now vs. when I first started... Using 3 lbs and struggling with that much, but hey... You gotta start somewhere!!! You can't let where you are now stop you from going where you want to go. So never give up! 

Read the shirt folks... No excuses, because today is Monday! You will want to say you DID the workout, because should and could doesn't get you any closer to your goals! Plus the sense of accomplishment is amazing!! That is a much better feeling to have! 

Push yourself today because skipping a Monday workout is not acceptable!  It truly sets the tone for the entire week!  

Get better, get stronger, and get healthy my friend!
