SO PROUD OF MY SISTER!!

Can I just brag on my sister for a little bit??  She just recently had a surgery back in late June 2017 that came on quickly.  She was very hesitate about participating in this, but wanted to support the House of Hounds, who she sends her doggie, Sandy, too.  It is a doggy daycare.  ;)

I must say...she rocked it and never gave up!  She gave it her all and lasted the entire 2 hours!  I am so proud of her!  She didn't believe she could, but I knew better!  I do believe she surprised herself and it helped her jumpstart her exercise routine again! 

This girl here is my best friend and my rock!  She believed in me when I was building my website and in my coaching business and I of course believed in her when she got out on the dance floor.  You never would have thought she had surgery, because her moves didn't reflect it, but I am so proud of her....she is amazing....she is fun....and she is the best sister in the world!
